Is this cursor supposed to display over hacking windows and PDA screens?

I've had this mod for as long as I can remember but I haven't played in a while; I played again just yesterday and this cursor overlays the aformentioned windows and I don't remember it ever doing that.

So it could be a bug. I prefer the regular cursor for those windows as this one takes up a lot of the surroundings of where you're clicking. :P

Mr.Max, the crosshair can be scaled on your end with "asw_crosshair_progress_size <value>" and should stay at that new size between restarts.

I've tidied the design up, I didn't like the off-center inner ring and the outer ammo circle wasn't great, so I swapped the roles.

If you prefered the old version, tell me and I'll reupload it.

The inner section sections are supposed to be a four beat counter, you would count the three sections and press reload on the fourth 'beat'. It seemed to help me with guns with short reload times, like the railgun.

The fast reload wheel is much easier to use, and I love the dot for the reticle center. This is much smoother than any of the other crosshair mods I've seen: no grittiness around the edges. It is unclear to me what all of the inner yellow sections are doing though. I thought maybe the bars were a mag counter, but they seem to go down along side the ammo counter on the last mag. I don't know what the point of that is.
