1- You need pointshop http://pointshop.burt0n.net/
2_ Then download this addon here or here : https://github.com/Ezotose/Gmod/tree/master/npc_pointshop
3_ you may disable F3 key in poinshop folder
/garrysmod/addons/pointshop/lua/pointshop/sh_config.lua
4_ You can change the npc's model and name here
/garrysmod/addons/npc_pointshop/lua/entities/ps_npc/cl_init.lua
