would it be possible to have its speed variable to be half the local wind speed, with a cap on boat speed at 12 km/h?
from their output levels it"d be reasonable to assume each wind strength point of the 10 point scale displayed on the turbines stands for 6 km/h

Nice, but the Lights are not correct. Right must be green light and left must be red light.
