Hello, I have a problem with your mod, in no case I can load another weapon. After putting my main weapon on the right shoulder, I can't get another weapon without replacing the one on my shoulder. Is there a special setting? (I added a shortcut in the controls as said in the explanation). Thanks in advance.

First I would like to say that this mod is a gem and it works sooooo good when it does.
Though I found somewhat of a problem and bug, the mod doesn't work once you save a game and then load that saved game. It's like the mod doesn't exist anymore. Anyway to fix this? Or is there a workaround that anyone as found?

hello :> I like this MOD. so i want use this for my Dedicated server.
But i need you're MOD Key, Because my Dedicated server is verify signatures.

Of course I know where it is. but on my server, it is not supposed to be signed.

Pls Checking you're bisignekeys, i guess the key in your mod file is outdated....

FOR ANYBODY HAVING TROUBLE WITH VEHICLES AND BOTS NOT MOVING with this mod:

Looks like the mod creates a invisible "ground" below any players, so vehicles and AI pathing don't work right !!
(Helicopter, for exemple, just don't go forward)

Also, even if loaded only in clients, the problem persists!

Unfortunaly, until this is solved, this mods looks totally unusable! My Unit have been strugling for two weeks now to figure this out!

Hi, ran into a compatibility issue with Antistasi Plus:

In antistasi, their function of moving static object will stop if any other object is attached to player. Meanwhile, your fn_GearInterrupt will create a "aalssw_tempGearHolder" attached to the player, blocking antistasi static object functions.

However, I removed the attach/detach commands and haven't encountered any trouble...could you help shed light on the purpose of GearInterrupt and the attach/detach command? Many thanks!

does not run in SP mode for me. None of the hotkeys work.

Hi, I test with ACE, then I found out that when rifle in hand is bring back to launcher slot, the weight of this rifle is not included in personal load(weight) , which can be abused as a cheat when carrying heavy weapons(eg. M240 MMG). Is there any workaround?

Works great but I hate that Spacebar causes you to holster your weapons. Remapping the Radar On/Off key didn't appear to solve this.

Is it possible to save loadouts in the arsenal? like save a sniper and a m4 in the arsenal and have them loaded at once?

For those people trying to get this to work in single player: 1) You're holding the assault rifle you spawned with. 2) Press '3' by default (which is 'switch to secondary weapon'). Because you don't have a launcher, this script will make your assault rifle go to your left shoulder. 3) Pick up a sniper/assault rifle (or use Virtual Arsenal to pick a new rifle). You will hold it in your hands. 4) Switch between the two rifles using '3' again.

I don't know why the keybinds for radar and switch launcher are mentioned but 'switch to 2nd weapon' is not. Those other two can be used once you are actually have two rifles, but you need to use 'switch to 2nd weapon' in order to pick up another rifle first.

Get this script working in vanilla first, then add your single player mods one-by-one. Sadly, your Virtual Arsenal saved presets will not save/load the extra rifle, only the primary. It looks like your two-rifle loadout is remembered in the actual game-saves though.

Is there a reason that the vanilla "common" -> "last help" keybind is putting my weapon on my back? The description above claims it should be "Weapons" -> "Radar On/Off". Honestly, I think CBA keybinds would make more sense. Perhaps split this mod into two versions, one for client and server, and another that's server-side only? Idk.

AFter put a weapon on back, it disappears when switching back to it. Great mod, but it needs to be updated, I suppose.

a very good mod but sadly there are bugs (possibly scripts) with it making me not switch back from the left shoulder weapon, especially when or if i am storing a weapon somewhere lets say a single player scenario after picking it up.

Hi, i have some issue. On singleplayer (no ACE mod) I cant change my weapon to the secondary weapon (after taking 'take the weapon to the back' option when it's on the ground) so I cant use it at all, and I can't put it back to the ground. A few days ago the mod worked just fine but now it just makes my inventory heavier

Maybe the "easiest" way to implement this would be to add an extra 'allowance'-function for the launcher slot, that way wpn#2 could be placed there.

I say "easy", bc in the world of coding, few things ever are. =D

The inventory bug I posted about in April 2019 is still here as of today. Unable to transfer anything from player inventory to an external container that is not part of my character (i.e. vehicles, boxes, etc). Can transfer items to/from vest/backpack/uniform fine though.

Could this be fixed, since it's an irreplacable essential for survival-based gameplay.

After adding editable objects to Zeus, I noticed a "Ground" object is attached to the player, which is what I assume you use to handle this sorcery. This object seems to stick around whether the weapon in question is on the left shoulder or back in their main hand.
So every time you perform the transfer to left shoulder, it creates another ground object.

Deleting them seems to band aid the issue of being unable to transfer stuff to vehicles reliably.

As soon as this happens, the inventory bugs out and the player starts to have trouble transferring items into vehicles. This includes the helmet and individual items in vests, backpack or uniform.

This seems to occur with both modded and vanilla weapons.

Btw, would it be possible to an ACE3 compatibility addon to add the button in the arsenal to the ACE3 arsenal as well? Once again I understand if you don't want to bother, but it would really be appreciated. Thanks.
