The Summer and Winter cosmetic cases of the last 3 years have had no good or in some cases literally *no* Medic hats/headslot items at all in it (same goes for Heavy) and also hardly any all-class Mercenary Tier hats (which have a reasonable chance to actually be generated in Unusual quality in sufficient numbers, compared to higher tier cosmetics).
What good are new Unusual effects if they're restricted to a single item case and that case has no hats for any of the classes I play and want a hat for in it? Gives me no reason to open such cases, Valve, just saying. :(

Woops. Thanks for spotting that. Correcting the name to be back to what it was. What happened is when you are making a cosmetic in the importer you have to give the file a name. Often times I don't have a name settled on at the time so I just have a very generic name for the file... When you submit the file then it assumes you want to call the submission what you called the file, but you can change it then. But here's the thing if you update the file then it defaults back to it's file name unless you rename it again... I updated the files to have the "Smissmas" tag and forgot to rename the file back to "The Seasoned Surgeon."

Why did you rename it?

I wanted to make my medic look like a catholic pastor from Tyrol/Bavaria, and this would finish my loadout tbh.

Yeah, this is a similar moustache style to the "Kaiserbart" from the pre-WW1 German Kaiserreich (German Empire), rather than the toothbrush moustache that Charlie Chaplin popularized and Hitler adopted (and ruined), presumably because he could wear a toothbrush moustache under a gasmask instead of having to shave it off entirely.

Although the famous Kaiserbart of Emperor Wilhelm II of Germany had longer and upturned pointy ends.

I love the grey temples, but the eyebrows might be a bit over the top. The Medic already has expressive eyebrows on his own.

Could you add two extra styles, please?
Style #1: Hair + moustache
Style #2: Hair without moustache
Style #3: Hair + handlebar muttonchops (similar to the 'Marshall's Muttonchops' item for Soldier)

This makes the medic look sane, it scares me.
(BTW I don't see how it looks like Hitler).

Like what others have said (and contributing the factor of how immature the TF2 community can be at times), there a number of Hitler references that could be made here ...which is why I am voting for it.
