I also don't undrestand the "outdated" note on many Rony's decals, including some very important for Rainfall mod. I would like to know, what does it mean, because I don't see a replacement (I guess not in the DLC as well).

@SaintDamien Props can't use a clip brush or any surface paint.

@Elias The water prop is a prop that looks like water... They wouldn't work as props because you can't use the clip brush or any surface painting on props.
