Nice, I used the enhanced player model selector to use it on the other Nep models since the one you linked is pretty dated.

As a bonus you can also use it on the Adult Nep model.

Sorry I meant low, off would mean that you'd hear nothing. Tested it again and nothing wrong as far as I can tell

Voices work fine. Either your volume settings for windows or gmod are off. Or this sound pack could be conflicting with some other sound pack you possibly downloaded
