@The_Christmas_Moth type "moddebug enemies" and "moddebug pickups" in the console to turn that off. Read the description of this mod if you want to know how the other stuff works

@Tony Redgrave All my mods are only usable with Afterbirth+. If you manage to make it work without AB+, that's great, but I won't help you doing so

@Alphius, I found somewhere that the modding menu is only for the Afterbirth DLC and thinking this wound work on Rebirth sence it dose not have the DLC Required tag on it.

@Tony Redgrave @Hai Download the mod, then in-game go to the mods menu and make sure it's enabled there.
Then start a new game.
While in game, press the grave/tilde (~) key while in a run (ù on azerty keyboards, ö on german QWERTZ).
Then type any command listed in the description of this mod to toggle on or off the functionalities you want to have. If you want all modded items to spawn in the first room, then write "moddebug spawnitems" press Enter, exit the command and restart a new run. If you have modded items, they should now spawn.
