I took a quick look at the mod, it's all in plain text, so if anyone wants to make the effort. I like to promote the one who takes it over.

it can be of course that the mod simply no longer works.

the mod is over 6 years old and the original author has been missing for at least as long. I have only made the mod available on steam because the old forum was no longer used. The heading now also says that the mod is outdated .

I'm having the same issue as Zimm where it's just red in my build menu.

Can confirm the Electric Lamp on Pillar does not place. It'll go through the motions but no materials are consumed.

So i tried this mod with the current MP Build and the custom lamp post can't be built. Although you can remove the battery from the vanilla lamp post and use the "enable electrical lamp" feature, it doesn't actually check for power and you basically have a free light post. If you are okay with this, then the mod is usable i guess.

Seems you can't place down even if you have all the materials the Light post stays red and won't place?

How do you move outdoor lights? That would be very helpful.

Ah, Rightio, and yes I've heard alot about how terrible the coding it, ty for the response, I found out how to move outdoor lights, so that'll work instead.

to be honest the code of the game is absolute rubbish and i can fully understand that he is no longer bothered about the game

This mod is great and all, however there is an issue with it scripting wise and is causing the console to inflate and go crazy with Exception Errors untill I disconnect my lamps from the power grid, the mod works, however, my Console.txt log is extremely large, 100mb, after a short session, it's so large that notepad crashes and I cannot open the console, this mod needs to be fixed.

I love the mod! but when i build them it does not use the light bulb (after build still have light bulb). And do they have to be under a roof? Because some times they dont have the turn on switch when i dont roof them.? Thanks
