A load order you say? What I tend to do is load them in the order I have provided here Kragmire. From top to bottom. I have found the mod-pack takes between 4-8 minutes to load on most Systems. Unfortunately with the way Paradox have changed the launcher it can be a little..problematic. But I appreciate the comment nonetheless and I hope you enjoy the mod-pack.
