I suggest you
- Download all the requirements if you haven't already
- Unsubscribe and resubscribe to every requirements
- Verify Game Cache

When I try to spawn it I get an "ERROR" instead of the Mustangs.

Press "X" to get the takedown lights to work !

-Working Lightbar Illumination
-Working Front Lights
