@DarkXess Fair point. I just wanted to test it. Turns out other tactics have done much better in AI mode. I tried a few times and this tactic never does that well. Its still decent though..

@goldknight - not after match mate, I was meaning before the match and at halftime, if they are just playing average. It boosts the team, of course at the end of the match you can say what you want, If I lost or it was a draw against a rival or poor team then I would be aggressive too, but anything other it would be positive for any kind of win

little question bout post match talk, you were writing about been aggressive, but if i go aggressive after match that means saying them i'm not happy with their game, even if it was a victory with dominance.
Still going for aggressive talk or going for what i suppose is better?

Year 1) Won League Two by 34 points, +74 GD
Year 2) Won League One by 33 points, +48 GD
Year 3) Won Championship by 4 points, +47 GD

At times changed from Attacking to Counter, when facing stronger opponents away.
Almost no transfers, did have some loans, used almost no subs.

@IDontShootImGay! - I never tested this with an AI manager neither by going on holiday, what is the point in playing FM that way anyway? haha. I've 206 hours of playing and won almost everything with every team I've managed with using it. I can't really be sure it would work well with an AI manager.

I have testing this tactic with ManUtd. I subscribed, set the tactic in game and went on holiday. To be honest it did not do too well. I came second in the League, knocked out of Europa as well as the FA cup. Not sure if Ibra being injured mid season had anything to do with it. We lost 5 games and 4 draws, City had 5 draws 3 loses. I think its a decent tactic if United bought better players.

Actually is working great! you have to have players that fit in role as @DarkXess put in tactics. And works better with youth players of your club.

I would like to print a partial retraciton. I subbed the wide strikers for players of a more AM type and it worked a lot better.

@benthegreat - strikers I have had worked pretty well, with other teams and strikers I can understand your frustration, I think I will tweak the strikers a bit more to convert more of the shots better - somehow anyways

I've tried this for a total of 20 games and the description is correct insofar as you'll get a lot of shots. However, the shot conversion rate sits at about 3% which, frankly, is a joke. Southampton don't have the greatest frontline in the game but even they should achieve far higher than that. I'll keep going and come back when the season is over.

The strikers are underperfoming,getting low rating like 6.3 and 6.2. Why is that?

Does it work as well if you set the strikers as Complete Forwards instead of DLF?
