Is there a way to adjust the spawn rate of certain vehicles? I find this van is parked in almost every other driveway despite having at least 100+ other vehicle assets for the game to choose from...

Very nice model, but I'd really suggest you stay away from using models ripped from other games. You're basicly breaking the terms you agreed to, since you're not the owner of the rights to the model. You're risking your steam account by doing this.
