You don't need a garrysmod.org account.
You had the Steaam version of GMod. Just press the Green Subscribe button on this page.

Do I look like I can get the GTA:SA LSPD police car? No. That's because I have no motherf**king idea how I get the mod WITHOUT an account. Because that'd be pointless getting an account on garrysmod.org for ONE thing.

Can you provide picture?
And did you downloaded all of the require addon? Including the skin.
If you did, you should able to spawn the same police car that shows in the picture.
Click "Vehicle", then find and click GTA SA LSPD, click LSPD Impala 96.

why not just make it a skin? so the server dosen't need the photon vehicle
