There's a bug with this, which causes it to float in the air.
bad argument #1 to 'SetMaterial' (string expected, got userdata)

In lua\entities\ttt_spring_mine.lua
Replace
ENT.Material = Material("models/debug/debugwhite")
With
ENT.Material = "models/debug/debugwhite"
