Love your work. One thing to note on this building, if using realistic population mod, there is an insane (probably unrealistic) number of jobs at the property.

honker! Have you considered a version without the mast? I feel it would make this building blend in better with dense, wall-to-wall financial districts. :highlvl:

Not too bad, the texture map is a little low resolution. But your newer assets are much better!
