As you said, it was a translation issue. In English everything is good. I know this mod is unsupported, but this is the best mod for spying in my opinion (I have tried many others), not op, but balanced and with an awesome hud. It would be nice to have it in Spanish too.

The scope and binocs share the same code where it comes to the UI and dino stats. Both were still working for me and my crew on the Genesys 2 and Fjordur maps not too long ago. I put in a workaround for a similar issue years back that was related to language translations not being handled perfectly in the base game. As a one person show I was not able to test all languages, but a handful were tested by some very helpful subscribers. That said I can't remember at this time what languages were tested, and I am not sure if WC changed any code related to translations, but if any of this sounds like it might affect you I suggest playing the game in English if for no other reason than to see if it is a translation issue.

I have never seen that particular issue on my game or with others I played with. That said, this mod was unsupported approximately 3 years ago and many patches/updates to the game have happened in that time. Some of those changes/updates I know broke components of this mod (most notably the feeding troughs).

@Davetiger I spawned that moschop to show that the stats don't show like the pictures in the description. Here are other screenshots of a tamed (lvl 245) and a wild (lvl 35) dino so you can see it only says {Max} at the end.

@alfonsoantony, looks to me like it's working that dino is level 1 so there is NO wild stats on a level 1, you get wild stats +1 for a dino's actual level

Hello! I just downloaded this mod and can't see the level points of wild or tamed dinos. It only says {Max} at the end. It's a problem when I'm looking for a dino with high-weight stats. How can I get the actual numbers to display? Here is my screenshot.

SelVision was the unquestionable number 1 spyglass mod on the workshop. The other spyglass mods just feel like trash after having used the electronic binoculars or the enhanced electronic scope. It is a true shame that its no longer under development/support. Me and my whole ARK community miss this mod every time we pull out a subpar spyglass to read wild levels. While I respect the developers decision to discontinue the mod and I wish them nothing but the best for the gift they gave the ARK community, I know I speak for more than myself when I say that we would love to see this mod come back online.

I was stuck in another menu so I couldn't do that (structures+ scan mode from the omni tool)

when cursor is stuck, open console (Tab) close the screen and close the console

nvm steam is just fucking glitched in the overlay lol

Ok since I apparently cannot create threads...my damn cursor is stuck to the screen whenever I use the nav function. I cannot disable said function if I am in any menus whatsoever, so unless I can hit escape to close said menu i'm screwed. I am currently in s+ remote scan mode and that menu cannot be banished by escape! what do I do?

I dont still use the feeding trough since ark put the range. I use only SS/S+ feeding.

I cannot get the feeding trough to work properly on the Crystal Isles map. Does anyone know a similar mod like this? That is up to date?

Can you somehow change the keybinds? I have my sprint on Ctrl and so whenever I sprint, the view is getting locked which is really annoying. Does anybody have a solution for that?

Still love this mod. Since you have no plans on continuing it, any chance to leave it open source for someone to take over? Not me personally as I have very little experience modding but would like to see this mod continue as is. Having more customization options helps each person tailor their specific wants and needs. I do wish however, it could display what exactly wild tames want for feeding like some other mods with similar binoculars/spyglass offers.

So... I have played Genesis quite a bit. I have really tried to love this expansion as I have all others and get back into full swing again. it just didn't happen for me. Now having put in many hours of play I am sorry to say I am not a fan of the direction WC went with this one... just my opinion. So what does this mean? It means that I am no longer playing Ark personally and therefore will no longer be doing mod development/support. I will leave the mod available on steam for those that still find a place for it in its current state and lock down all discussions. It's been a great ride all, but my sunset has drawn near. To those survivors who will carry on after I ride off I say... happy hunting and I will see you on the other side!

can confirm troughs are totally fubar. Constant display of range with some strange green light. Its kind of nice to finally get a range visual but i cant turn it off so ...., no interaction, although they still appear to be feeding

Hey mate no idea if you're still alive but the last serverpatch that added a range to WC's own feeding troughs completely broke your troughs
We also have an issue where, if you use the alt+s function, we have no way of turning it off again and even if the target dies it stays on the screen as N/A until it fixes itself (which takes anything between 10 and 50 minutes)
The stage 1 tranq darts seem to completely bug out dinos you shoot with it (they start walking backwards and bug out of the world)

i used the sel spyglass and now the hud is stuck on my screen evrey where i face and i cant move my mouse it keeps coming back to the middel this is the 7th time happening

the latest patch from WC seems to have fixed the torpor issues you were probably seeing. It was caused by the issue WC had in not scaling damage properly. I was having the issue as well until the latest patch.
