[WOTC] Shaken Scars are Back!
You want "Gravely Wounded Scars" instead.
It's a bit different in the expansion now, it *should* be rolling for scar chance when a soldier gets gravely wounded.
Of course they never actually fixed the bug in how it detects a soldier has no scars, so this kind of mod is still necessary.
Please do if you have the time, this is one of my more essential mods for immersion, i just love it.

It should, the mod uses a X2DownloadableContentInfo hook to try applying scars after missions, instead of trying to override XComGameStateContext_StrategyGameRule (which LW2 alters as part of its highlander, which could have been what was causing your issue.)
