@ArikTheBuilder You’ll need the MoveIt mod for that. Use PgUp and PgDn to raise/lower props.

Use PgUp and PgDown to change the vertical position.

How on earth are you getting the assets on top of each other? for me it just merges together and i cant make what in the picture :(

Very good, but you need to expand them with a set of prefab stairs modul, Try to google "prefab concrete stair modul" and maybe a wall with balcony doors.
