its working with all in one now without other mods enabled now i gotta test each one to see what the conflict was Ç_Ç thx for the help

Try to deactivate all other mods and check if you still got problems with the mod. It would help quite a lot if I knew for certain that it is a mod conflict (so far every problem people have had has been a mod conflict)

well i had other mods installed like glory mod(all factions) and early mounts, they didn't seemed to have any trouble together.

yes i tried all in one before using the others, once i saw it was crashing i tried installing one by one and opening the game, all working separated but not all in one

Did you make sure to deactivate the other OP mods?

all in one crashes my game I didn't checked if it changes with stance tho

Try out the All in One mod (top of the description) and let me know if you still got the problem. Btw, are you sure HP stays the same while melee defence/attack stays the same?

yes I do use all the mods and i'm starting to think its something related to the GLORY mod series that I have installed it unbalanced my game somehow, when i do a custom battle it says that i'll lose to the enemy army for sure but in fact i'm winning it quite easy almost effortlessly, the game might be having problems to detect army size and power because of it.

Mhm, strange as the HP is tied to the same table as the rest of their stats meaning if their HP is unchanged, so should most of their other stats like charge melee attack/defense.
Do you use all of the OP mods?

I've checked all of them, and louen leoncoeur is working just fine now after I verified my game cache but not the others for some reason this makes bretonia the hardest faction to beat even as chaos or having confederated all the vampire factions the red duke, mannfred, isabela and vlad lost to louen alone.

Have you checked on ultra?

the stats are going up in my game for all your Stupidly OP hereos but not the HP , good mod by the way makes the lords actually feel important in battle
