Nordic's weapons spawn by default if you are subbed to them. I would suggest finding the modded version of the most updated version of the map under my workshop.

Hey-o, I was wondering if you know of Nordic's Armory for Unturned, and with that being said Arsenal Overhaul for Stalker Call of Pripyat. My point being You should look into making spawntables with the weapons from Nordics, and put em in your map! Would be great, and hell I'd be willing to help!

Probably not at the moment. It's still a WIP that I plan on reviving soon - but there's a lot of work to be done before I need NPCs.

Unturned really needs a full STALKER map (as much of the zone as possible).
I would host that on my server if I could find an english version. I love stalker and it fits Unturned perfectly!

Jupiter may be a later addition when I figure out how to make maps larger using the new editor, however not any time soon.

I do kind of wonder if the map is too big to add Jupiter. It would be nice to see Jupiter so that there will be camps for the two major warring factions of Duty and Freedom (I'm a Freedom man myself, hate the angry yelling of Duty propaganda)

They'll have to be spawned by players - but any mod will work fine that way. I don't have any other mods except the posted ones integrated in the map.

You're most likely between areas of nav mesh. I've fixed that in the upcoming update.
It will come, I swear, but my life is busy right now.

When there are NPCs it will be in a much further version requiring more mods, as the story tells that you're one of very few who survived the emission and continue to stay in the Zone.
