I can see why people would have this opinion, but for me, this tune is still more fitting as a melody of conclusion and reflection from the perspective of the Survivors. It conveys a sense of calmness following all of the mayhem through which they have persevered, whilst also conveying a sense of melancholy and thoughtfulness as to the decaying state of civilization, and any teammates who may not have made it onto the rescue vehicle.
