Could you please make the exact same Yacht-map as in Payday 2 "The Yacht-Heist" ?

I was wondering if I would be allowed to remake/port this map for UE4 for a VR shooter, I think this would be pretty cool !

1 - Terrorists don't seem to use (or be able to use) the red stairs that often.
2 - Terrorists keep getting "stuck" on the two sides of the T spawn (where should be a door but it's blocked)
3 - CTs really love to swim in T spawn

I like the concept but I had a thought. The multi-level aspect of the map is cool but there's no verticality to gunfights because each floor is so closed off. It'd be cool if you had little balconies or overlooks in main areas of the map to make the layout and combat more interesting.

Also, This could be intentional or a glitch, but by the top of the yacht, their is a clip that allows the player to go on top of the boat. it also allows them to do a bit of a pixel walk across part of the outer boat, then strafe into the window area w/ the two doorframes.
