Thanks for the feedback, I'll update and change to PlayerBuilding when I revisit these assets (I need to reupload at some point to fix the open locker's LOD anyway). I usually don't worry about a lot of the simulation features like maintenance cost/consumption when I play, but I know it's not like this for everyone. Cheers

I'm really loving these assets! However, I'd suggest changing the building AI from Common to PlayerBuilding, which would enable basic features like construction cost and electricity consumption while still getting rid of park-specific ones like tourists and seaguls. I mean, when you are playing without mods, it's kinda no fun if you can just plop it for free and don't pay for its maintenance like with everything else. Also, the open locker somehow ended up in the Plazas tab, while the other two assets are in the main Parks tab. (Personally, I moved them all to Other Parks for myself. I know this doesn't really matter, but it just feels nicer and more consistent to have them all together)

They have a very low service capacity and range (significantly reduced from the default park values) since they're really meant to be used with Ploppable RICO

I have no idea what would be leading to crashes from this asset nor any idea on how to even debug something like that. Maybe an issue with the texture sizes?

@Overlord - I cant recall what the fence asset is exactly, but its one of the chain link fences from the workshop. The road is the plain concrete 2-lane road from network extensions, and the gaps between the road and buildings were filled in with surface painter. I have few design questions :) 1) Asset name/link of that fence used? 2) which road did you use between warehouses. Is it the conrete road? I dont see any road signs so it might be only concrete from surface painter. 3) I dont know how to call it in front of the gate there is small bollard with yellow/black stripes - asset name please:) Thank you very much.

@ M@rt.in - Yeah, the office building is not positioned in the best way for aligning to a corner road. Usually I just build some 'guide' roads for plopping the buildings like this, but you can also use the Move It mod to just rotate the building into position.

@ Kamerad Kaesekopf - The lines are props placed over the road with More Beautification mod:

I can't recall what the fences are called, but there are plenty of chainlink/mesh fence assets on the workshop

These aren't showing up in the game. I think it's because you put them in folders - the game doesn't seem to register them. For the RICO file you just add both buildings to the same file - simply add the first like normal and then add the line with <Building name="NAME" service="SERVICE".... for the 2nd building under the first. Then there's no need for the folders anymore. :)
