Possible reason to why this happened was because the full mods were my UI mods (UI, UI+ESO, and UI+ESOBC), this mod and many others like it are just a piece of my UI mods.

Why doesn't this mod have a max positive rating and not shown on the Workshop Main Page? This is the mod anyone and everyone has been waiting for - a way to permanently shut down that annoying Quest Text.
