Featured in a ton of media; I have been getting into Helluva Boss recently and an episode of it featured this landmark.

I’m building a realistic-futuristic city here, and I might be able to work this into it perhaps. Might come back to this when I’m further in building out my city.

One of my favourite buildings in real life and in-game;

I've seen too many GTA5 speedruns. I saw this and immediately said to myself "Daveyyyyy, how ya doin?"

Nice! This is featured in the James Dean movie, "Rebel Without A Cause". Griffith Observatory is one of the places James Dean, Natalie Wood, Sal Mineo, Dennis Hopper, and others visit.

I live in southern california only 1 and a half hours from los angeles and I would like to go here

I don't mean to be a contrarian...but, um, the first and most iconic use of the observatory was in -and always will be - "Rebel Without Cause." Whereas I realize Jimmy Dean Mania died down circa 1979, it probably deserves first billing over 2-pak.

Sorry but this assets is too small, could you make it 1:1 or 1:1.5? Thanks!

Yes the duplicate problem is fixed now, new subscribers will no longer get the error message. However old subscribers need to manually delete and resub if they want the error message removed. Please note that the error message is nothing but a message, the asset will still work as it's suppose to work.

Was getting a duplicate asset message as well, deleted the 900802195 folder and downloaded again, only 1 asset was then downloaded and no more duplicate asset message :-)

@wndrslice: I have no idea why those 2 assets should interfere with each other, but that might be because of the other asset. The one you mention is: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=434140795 and It seems broken, so the error you get might go away if you unsub/deactivate that other asset.
