thepatagonian, Yes I am familiar with the Vanilla as this asset is based on it, though more realistic function and looks in this one.... I believe.

Populous, are you familiar with the outdoor gym in the game? I think it's vanilla. The thumbnail is different than the gym, but it is pretty cool. I always try to pair it with this Flex Gym.

In some of the denser parts of Colombo, Sri Lanka I saw a gym chain called "Eser Marketing" repeated over and over. Sometimes two next to each other, or a few doors down. They appear to be quite popular. haha

This is a known game issue and the game thinks this is your FAVORITE asset in the world... so most people download several to balance out the glitch...now when the property evolves the building should be replaced so likely you see them when you first zone an area right?

Will spawn hordes of flex gyms around a leizure city. I had 16 rows of flex gyms at once. Otherwise it(s would be) a fine addition.
