The elites look the same as the normal missing information elites? like there is no reskin.

So I have both mods downloaded but whenever I join a HL2 RP server it uses the Prison Guard models for what should be the Normal Soldier and normal Shotgunner

Why tf does it look like they got lazy when making the Elite soldier and just bleached an 'einstein' scientist head and added lines, curves, two red eyes, and a weird-ass three holed gas mask filtration system
