1) To have the Summonable Eagle you must buy the “Spell tome: Conjure Eagle” at Farengar Secret-Fire in Dragonsreach (Whiterun) or with an other "Spell Vendor" (ex: Sybille Stentor in the Blue Palace in Solitude).

With the book you have the spell....Then summon the giant Eagle...

(If you have not bought a book/spell, NO PROBLEM, you can always put again this mod at the bottom of the list when you launch the game… buy the book, etc..)

2) To obtain the eggs, simply bring the “Eagle Egg” found with some merchants in WHITERUN (Merchants: Arcadia of Arcadia’s Cauldron, Anoriath, Hulda of the Bannered Mare) to a forge and create the "Incubated Eagle Egg" in the "misc" section. Now open up your inventory, navigate to "Scrolls" and there they are. You throw them and when they hit the ground they hatch into Eagles

Nice effort to get a working flight mount in Skyrim. Bethy used such a gawd awfully complicated scripted animation engine in this game however, that nobody has successfully pulled it off yet, that I have seen anyhow. All the flight mode mods that I've seen for Skyrim have these jittery, jerky, stuck or crashed issues. Maybe they learned a lesson or 2 that will have better results in TES VI. Hell they could simply look back to previous games and bring back mechanics that worked, such as simply making cool flight mounts that have a constant levitate spell effect. Pegasus Horse Ranch, Reign of Fire and witch's broom mods from Morrowind are great examples of flight mods that worked perfectly in a 2002 game.
