Is there a version that keeps the "within 8 tiles of a holy site" requirement? Or, is there a way I could add that myself of I messed with the file a bit?

@astudlyfe Also, why would you want both Pantheon of Healing and God of the Sea merged? They don't exactly thematically match.

@astudlyfe It should be working now. I even tested it with it next to my city center and I healed +45 on the holy site and +50 in the city center. So if you have further issues I'd unsubscribe and resubscribe or make sure you don't have any other mods that would change those pantheons.

I'll take a look at it in a few days when I get the chance.

Works fine for R&F, too.

I know putting the holy site next to your city center makes defending really easy. Attack twice, heal full in one turn, attack twice again, etc.

Very nice Angryr now this would be one to pick for sure at times.. Maybe all the time..

I updated the mod to remove the 8 tile requirement on the faith kills. The more I thought about it the more I liked that change. Whether it's balanced or not is up for debate, but that's why my mods are small.

And that's pretty much the essence of why I keep my mods small, so that if you want to swap it out for another mod (mine or not) you can. Been trying to release mods pseudo-regularly so eventually there will be a nice selection to choose from.

lol scottkbeers

I just don't think we need to reduce the number of patheons, but buffing them may help :)

Sounds good Angryr... michael your comment is head scratching a bit lol!

The extra faith from Barb Camps and the super heals are both actually solid late-patheon choices. Remember, as a Huge map can go to 12 civs normally (but can actually go to 18), merging patheons actually makes getting patheons less important in large scale games. Players who put no effort into getting a patheon at all will never be able to get one, which doesn't seem to be in spirit of the game's patheon structure. Of course, these three aren't the only situational Patheons...

Note: I hadn't played using this mod, so I haven't seen if merging them removed the base forms, but even then that appears to be the intent of the mod.

Good luck with Patheons!
Sincerely,
A Fertility Rites+Hanging Gardens Lover

I think Raging Barbarians isn't an option because you have the in-game option of just letting a scout spot your city. I did have the same thought about the 8 tile restriction, slowly working my way up in modding complexity. So we'll see if I do something like that later.
scottkbeers 14. mar. 2017 kl. 13:53
Just thought of this but as is it still really isnt worth it BUT if you got rid of the 8 tiles away from holy site deal THEN it would be... Raging barbs would make it worth it probly as is to lol! But thats not a option at the moment.

Looks smart thanks!
