Hope your still around still love this mod I figured out how to make the chimney smoke I just hide 4 of the smoking chimney's inside the top section easy solution but here is something we have noticed For some reason the vanilla roofs all types will not merge around the chimney The 30 and the 60 degree merge around them just fine I do not think this is new since the update as I recall having this issue before the update

yes, Vicam, there is no handler to turn on smoke at top of chimney.. I'd like to do that with a script, but no plan for now ! :)

This is great just got it installed on ME World Vikings US server so does it still smoke fire worked fine but not seeing manual turn on point for smoke ?

An update for this mod would be wonderful. It works with the current version it just pops up sayig that it may not be compatible which tends to deter people from joining a world.

Hi guys ! Currently, i've bug with ME, while i try to place a block (in a map without mods) the game crash ... so it's difficult to update mod when the game crash all the time.

Game crashes when using the fireplace.

Ive had an issue. ive been using this in creative and love it but i recently started a survival with the most recent game update. somehow the fireplace appears in the crafting thing when i try to make a furnace and when i try to access the inventory of the fireplace the game crashes. I love how the fireplace looks and hope whatevers going on for me gets fixed soon! :)

Great update, love the chimney top looks so good.

I have noticed however that the main foreplace can be seen through thin walls on the outside and kind of flickers between being seen and not. It makes it hard to use in towers as it looks wierd from the outside. Anyway wether you fix it or not, keep up the great woork, love your mods. Sorry if I am being annoying by pointing this out lol :p

I really like this fireplace, used it in my current survival cabin and I love it. Its exactly what it needed. However could I make one request?

It would be nice if you could drop the build time by a little bit, maybe to 30 - 40 seconds. The main reason is it takes a REALLY long time to deconstruct. About 200 hits, per segment. Even when building a fireplace will be at least 3-5 blocks, 60 each makes it take over 5 minutes of just hitting it to build it, and around 10 to remove. This seems unusually long compaired to any other stonework im building, which makes me want to avoid using them much in survival.

UPDATE March 23 2017 :

In this new update, i fix some textures bugs. And a little news, you can produce smoke at the end of a chimney. For now this feature is just decorative and not turn on when the a fireplace work. You have to turn on manually.

Very nice, thank you. May I suggest as a hearth, a standard block with 1/3rd smooth stone. Stone beams could then be built around.

UPDATE March 21 2017 :

For this update, i add two new blocks. Now with the base chimney, you can build the rest of it. With the conduit block and the top of chimney, you are able to build a complete fireplace.
