So I'm guessing there's just a compatability issue with another mod that you're using, or perhaps even one of the official DLCs if you own them. I do not so I can't test. I'm pretty sure all I did with the mod was make a new race of dragons so I could give them the attritutes that I wanted, then set Erandur's race to that new dragon race, so for a mod to be impacting that it'd have to be something else that's changing NPCs around. You could try a test of loading this mod before everything else and seeing if Erandur is a dragon then.
