It's not a cheat, it's an upgraded short-cut. I like the fact that you actually gain something from reading a skill book.

so... is the 'fletching for dummies' book still in the game? and, if so, where? because i've been all over the place, searched every fletching shop top to bottom, and still can't find it. it's the only one i can't find. and i don't count buying it in Markarth.

This is the BEST crafting mod on both Nexus AND Workshop!
Granted, there's a bit of annoyance made by having to find all the books, but, hey, "lore friendly" and I'm not complaining.

do's this mod have incombables like the mod that makes all armor a little heavy and the mod that makes all weapons a little lighter? if so can you tell me. thanks for your time.

I only have one possible complaint with this ridiculously awesome mod - the dang robes are enchanted. It's much more of a utility when you can enchant them yourself, and it's been done before here - http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=80304900 -. I'm sure this guy would love to help you if you have any trouble.

Can't forge glass equip since 2 months cause i can't find the damn book.
Otherwise.. is there a book for glass smithing ?
Cause there's none in your list.. so.. it could be a bug of another smithing mod.. i dunno.. 120 mods and i'm losing overview.

noticed that the nord hero armor cant be upgraded. is a bug?

I have created chainmail armor; dressed a follower. Unfortunately the armor is invisible. I mean that the follower became transparent in the places where the armor should be.

Lockpicks - you must first join the thieves guild
Arrows - At the moment the book is not necessary - there is a just a standard perk

where is the book for arrows and lockpicks?

Personally think this is the best-integrated smithing overhaul. Favourited to reflect this.

Sorry about the levelling issues. Its caused by the 1.5 update. Releasing a fix for this now, should have the modules fixed later

Have to agree with Depugno and {HG - Kon} on this one makes smithing level to fast which wouldn't be so much of an issue at higher levels but having just rerolled and being instantly lvl 20 (finished dragon rising) is a bit much. I'm not unsubscribing yet but I certainly won't be using the mod unless this gets fixed.

Same as {HG - KoN}~Smithereen. It's a deal breaker for me, unsuscribed.

Hi, I've encountered a significant bug with this mod. It's made Smithing skill gain insanely high.

I gain 10+ levels in my Smithing skill any time I make a single item at a forge - any item, any forge.

It is specifically this mod that's doing it - if I deactive it skill gain goes back to normal, and if I activate only this mod it causes the problem.

Happens if I have perks in Smithing or not. Don't know if it's relevant, but I have read two smithing books: Notes on Skyforge and Balimund's Journal.

Hope you can fix this because it's a great mod otherwise and would hate to have to switch it off :(

you should add falmer armor and weapons :)

I did some research and it turns out that Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim meshes are all the same format. So supposedly you could directly import the armor from those to Skyrim - just in case you need some ideas ...

Hey there. I don't know if this is due to some other perk making things funny, i'll try looking troubleshooting in a bit, but I noticed that in my game the Nord Hero Boots appear under the Daedric craftable menu and the blades chestpiece appears under the misc craftable menu.

Hello, i can't upgrade any piece of the Nord Hero armor set. They are not even appear in the work bench menu.

Sorry, a bit sick so articulating messages doesn't seem to be my strong suit right now haha. Mainly I just want to know what the code for the Mail Armor perk, because I am unable to input quotations in the command console due to some wierd keyboard layout incompatibility.

Killerbuddy, I think your saying that you accidentaly selected the Mail Armor perk, thinking it was the Advanced Armor perk. If this is the case, why do you want the console code for the Mail Armor perk? The only possible reason I can think is that you want to remove that perk from your player, but doing this would not refund your perk point, so you would infact just lose this point. If you want to give yourself the Advanced Armors perk, the code for it is CB414. I'm afraid I don't understand the last part of your message - if you would like to clarify your meaning, I would be happy to reply.
