I found now, i had to instal paint.net .

Edit what? paintings ? You can edit tga texture inside mod folder, unfortunatly I wont be able to tell name of the folder for this mod. try to re-sub to it, and it should appear as latest edited file in workshop folder in steam install folder.

default steam install folder>workshop>content and search for last modified folder ( if you download it as last one ) then go to objects>textures>paintings_dif.tga
