-- Set everything to OCEAN
to
ApplyBaseTerrain(g_PLOT_TYPE_OCEAN, g_TERRAIN_TYPE_OCEAN, g_iW, g_iH);
Since there's now a built in function to manage the first pass generation of tiles instead of needing a for loop
can you help me understand whats going on?
all i want to do is edit the "true start earth" map not make a map from scratch. i can easily edit the changes i want but cant seem to figure out how to save it so i can play. tried to follow your directions but no success. do you have a step by step guide for noobies like me? (with screen shots)
please help!!
@Kantorr I have the same issue with barbarian outposts, but I was able to place them early on in my map making process. Something changed along the way that made them crash when placed, but the existing ones still work. You'll have to place barbarian encampments before you add whatever causes them to crash.
Xesnoise, try this: https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/how-to-launch-the-ingame-worldbuilder.600327/
Download the civ VI dev tools and use that FireTuner, also set enableFireTuner to 1 in appoptions.
