oh yeah i've encountered that before, but that's even easier to solve, just generate normal map from the texture map in VTFedit (i hope you using it) and replace old normalmap with it :)

@Daniel Bergström Ohhh I see what you are talking about, sadly thats how the model looks in the actual game, and those bumpy stuff are the normal maps. Can't do much cause thats how it got exported from the game.

seems like it have the same smoothing group on all polygons, so sharp edges got smoothed and it looks lumpy and plastic, idk what software do you use, but try to select all polys and apply autosmooth, in 3dmax algorythm is pretty fine, idk how to do so in blender, but i'm pretty sure it have similar feature, you'll see the difference, especially on mono-colored model like this

@Mango3st Halo 2A is only on the Xbox One, nobody can't rip for the Xbox one cause of the encryption the Xbox has, which means you can't get the models.
