Very nice house, but I think you can use it only few times. If you will create one big neighbourhood with this house only it will look kinda weird

How did you get the grass to look like that? Any additional props or anything? I don't see that in the game as is.

@tpb yeah, that's personal. But that also depends on your settings, theme, LUT as well. Most players (that would be placing RICO residential by hand) will be using settings that have much less saturation than vanilla settings. In creating these, I found that the less saturated colors are barely noticeable in game, especially on such a small building. So I purposefully used higher saturated colors, that being said...you can always change the colors to fit your taste in the asset editor

very nice! If I may suggest, personally I think there is too much saturation in the textures, they look "fake" so to speak, or brand new. I would prefer a much more worn out look, as if the buildings had been there for a while. That's just my personal opinion though. Great work nonetheless. ;)

Your previous release is very nice but I prefer this one a little more. I'll use both, and keep an eye out for additional releases. Excellent work and thanks!
