Then you can either use it and place it in the addons folder or upload it to workshop and subscribe to it yourself.
Currently not. Studies and work got me busy like a bee.
But if you want to do it yourself there are 3 steps to follow:
1) You must first obtain the pulverizer model files (in this case it's the fireaxe.mdl and other related files).
Download and find the *.vpk file for this item (i think it's 867481490.vpk).
Then download and install GCFscape.
Open that VPK file with GCFscape and extract all files.
Copy the pulverizer model files (6 in total: v_*.dx90.vtx, v_*mdl, v_*vvd, w_*.dx90.vtx, w_*.mdl, w_*.vvd)
Look for the root L4D2 directory, then go to: models > weapons > melee
Then overwrite the baseball model files by just renaming the files.
Don't forget to copy the materials folder too!
2) You need to tweak some hex values or else your game will crash
I used notepad++ for this and I don't remember how I did it but here is a video guide for doing just that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWn1Ee2QkMM
