But I have a request, if you don't mind. There's this guy "Squizzler86", he's holding my pizza guy hostage in his moms basement.
Would you consider somehow "banning" him from using this addon? He relies on it to keep the pizza guy at bay, without it the pizza guy just might escape.

I personally don't really see anything to bad with the ads. It kinda shows like "oh ok, they made this prop pack" or "oh, I should check this out"

But though, I haven't really SEEN these ads, but from what I have seen from other addons, it just says like "Thanks for downloading _____'s addon" and "Head to __________'s discord for more updates and future addons" xD

I still to this day can't figure out why the text advert was such a big deal.. I've seen plenty of mods with "Joe Blows Mod - Loaded" in the text box when launching maps since forever in gmod lol.. To this day I wish I had been able to get more models ported, but that time is far behind me now..

Honestly lord tyler is just trying to advertise the server he builds which takes alot of work if you actually take your time and check it out for acouple minutes. Sure it is annoying a message popping up but if you dont know how to extract an addon and remove it your self, you should not be making/running a gmod server and for those who are just in single player, just google it. Complaining to the people who make the addon just piss them off and make them dont wanna remove it at all.

why add an advertisement in the first place?

99% of people honestly don't care about who made the addons they download unless they experience alots of errors with the mod and contact the mod dev.

-rep You destroy your entire reputation, which you have collected with this actually great work, by including advertising messages in an update. I can only recommend that you take them out. You will not get any new players and you will only collect resentment and anger under your addon.

If you're going to put adware, make it a single message, not a recurring message or your addon will get taken down.

Currently i'm working on a few things, primarily releasing two servers and making a custom admin panel with web interface, blah blah blah, so it might not be this week, but it'll be soon, been mostly waiting until all these knobs stop bitching about it.

Just a quick question: is there a way to disable the ads in single player, I only have the addons but aint using them for anything.
Bit annoying after I've seen them for over 100 times by now.
I'm building a map and gotta test a lot of shizzle in game to see if it works out, you probably know what I mean.
