Once used, the heart generates a wave where it pushes enemies butter bean style (but with more strength mind you) and freezes them for 3 seconds.
I don't know, it's just my silly idea as I would want to give this mod a shot to be a part of my win streaking, but it's just too imbalanced (in my opinion). It's enough I have Keeper to deal with, lol.
I think it's imbalanced with that tiny small damage up tbh.
I mean, this character is tied up eternally with one of the worst items out there (that has its benefits), but there is way not enough of them.
I think this character should have it's HP upped by a few or damage upped to kill enemies before they get to the heart, cause early on, with hordes of enemies, most of a time it's impossible not to take any damage and "Infamy" is powerless to do anything due to not having any items yet that could potentially help.
Either way, it's still awesome

A few questions too, Infamy starts with 5.50 damage, does he just have +2 more damage as compared to others, or is his damage multiplier just high? If it's just damage, I'd recommend changing it, because currently no character (Aside from Eden) has a starting damage that isn't 3.5, just some like Azazel and Judas have higher damage multipliers (1.5 and 1.35)
You should make Infamy's damage multiplier 1.5! That'd make damage more useful on him, thereby giving him more usefulness in the damage department
