I'm not sure why they wouldn't show up if they're subscribed to and enabled. They don't require anything so they shouldn't fail to load.
P.S. I had nothing to do with the one way tracks mod, I just make buildings. :) The credit for the one way train tracks goes to BloodyPenguin.
