There happens to be a different heavy primary in the workshop called the Tokamac and while it is also energy themed, the way this one looks may also fit that name.

I think good stats would be 100% crits but -75% less damage, that way there is no damage falloff with cool lazer sounds.

Yeah, all the heavy uses is miniguns so this is unique and also original ._. Not all workshop contributed weapons have been unique, original or whatever and this doesn't have much resemblance to other weapons. Anyways this should be sort of like a railgun, eh?

A good way to combat the 'no ammo' part is to have it overheat and needs to cool down. normal minigun dosent reload and to have NO ammo AND fire forever is wayyyyy op...

The outer stabilizers, or whatever they are, should spin. Coolness factor increased.

ok, first the heavy uses a minigun not a giant zappy thing, second valve isnt lookin for things that look cool, there looking for oringinal, clever ideas tht are unique to the other weapons, for instance they recantly added the rescue ranger and the canon granade launcher (which i forget the name of) these are very unique and dont have any resemblence to any of the other weapons. dont waist your time making your weapon look cool, make a weapon that is unique and has some comedy to it, and does not look overpowering and is easy to make unique stats for.
