I believe I may have found a fix for all of you. And yes, it is an addon conflict. This solution might work for some of you. The issue (at least for me) are the OUTDATED SBS Addons.

Please unsubcribe to the following:

A known error. To be honest, these need to be updated. I'll get to them whenever I can, build them from the ground up. Fix some long standing bugs and HOPEFULLY finally nick this problem in the butt.

I checked my entire NPC list and I have subscribed to all the content for it. It just isn't there at all.

I'm gonna be doing basically a complete addon overhaul once I get the chance. Should fix glitchy animations and hopefully this very annoying bug for good.

I got it working by disabling all the other addons created by you and turning this one on and off, then I slowly, one by one tested in game by adding all the others back in too, they appear to be working fine now apart from with 41st.

That is unfortunately a recurring bug that some people get, and others don't. I've had the bug myself, a fresh install fixed it for me. I'm not sure the cause, but if any of you can find it let me know.

They were created as Donator Models for a community I was part of. They were rotated out after periods of inactivity or they were confirmed to have left. That's why most of these models can be found nowhere on the workshop now.

No. As of now I don't have permission myself to release the original models. I'm working on it, but until then they will stay only as NPCs. And, this should go without saying, do not reupload or repackage/edit content without my permission.

The ones with the CGI Looking Rifle were posed by me. The ones with the normal Rifles and Carbines were NPCs. The CGI Rifle isn't an NPC Weapon, but I like the look of it better.
