This person has the older version of this addon with automatic popups.
In August 2017 this feature was removed (no one really knows why)
I suggest you take a look at the addon Jacob linked that has the old version of this addon in it,
otherwise type /multicore (I think) and it should open the menu. If it's on a multiplayer server that command will open the menu for everyone online.

I suggest you copy the coding from what Jacob linked because they just stole it before Rain changed it. That is if you don't remove the /multicore chat command people are going to exploit it since it opens the menu for everyone on your servers.
Also, "/multicore" chat command seems to open it on all clients on the server.

So, you should add that to the server, also, did you provide a check to see if the users already have multi-core rendering enabled? That could get annoying.
