I've tried looking through the mod's files but can't find any reference to "Buildings.lua", so I haven't got a clue why it's trying to look for it.

It's confusing, but this mod is almost two years old now so I'm not expecting any ideas.
...plus there was someone who commented on the error in April 2017 with no response, and that wasn't recent at all.

I'm unsure of what DLC what would be required, but a safe bet would be gods and kings/BNW.

I downloaded this mod. Did everything other fourms said and still can't select him or other mods that i have, any tips?

Why does the icon when you complete a wonder etc. show up as a black mark instead of the current insignia

It should work just fine. I don't know why you can't play as him. Did the mod enable correctly

In reply to a previous comment. I just think more UT civs would be great for filling in an all UT civ game, hell you could make up an AU if you really NEED a reason for Frisk or somebody to have their own Civ.

I was thinking about doing Toriel. Can't really see the other ones as leaders besides a fun Papyrus/Undyne one ruling jointly. That would be hilarious. Also an FYI for you, I'm about to upload an UNDERTALE soundtrack mod in a few minutes here
