I'm not sure why you're experiencing issues, did you use 7zip or Winrar to unpack?
Please see this guide on how to fix: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837165401
Only minor adjustments were made to the replaced file (ReplayViewer.lua), so I don't think that could possibly cause a crash...
(If you know a bit about coding, I only added a total of 2 if-statements in the Lua file, meaning that I'm not making the game significantly more GPU-intensive or sth)
Try changing "<AffectsSavedGames>1</AffectsSavedGames>" to "<AffectsSavedGames>0</AffectsSavedGames>" (In the MODINFO file located at C:\Users\[USER]\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\End of Game Map No Filled Water Plots (v 1) ), then disable this mod (but leave any other mod enabled!) and load your save to see if you still get the crash. If you do, then the crash is not related to this mod.
