I have it work fine on viper's 389 mod on an n14. Works perfect, sounds just like in the video.

Im also using in the SCS KW W900.

I am using the N14 which is in his soundpack's. Do I have to use a seperate N14 sound mod?

read the description..it is only for the n14 engine...works with the n14 select engine as well

This mod seems to work for others, but not working for me. It's at the top of my mod list, and I am using Kriechbaum's Soundpack 2.7. Any idea's as to whats the problem? I have also un-subscribed then re-subscribed to see if that fixed but no.

Hey, i just want to say that this jake brake mod has the most realistic N14 sound i have ever heard for ATS, I have been waiting for some time now for someone to make a truly realistic jake mod, and you have done it. The only thing I have a problem with is that you can't hold the jake for more than about 10 seconds before it restarts, but otherwise amazing.

@leedonald54 i had that 350 in a FLB...never ran to l.a. from my neck of the woods(southeast) but i would set that jake to bake cake on i-75 by lookout mountain and that cummins would cook it all the way down...i had a 50 dollar aftermarket pipe the used the factory heat shield so it looked all-good for D.O.T. at the scales.....man that jake could bake...i miss driving cabovers

I love the Jacks . I had small Block Commins 350 with a three Jack swich . I could come out of LA. going down , the back side of Grape vine , and I set the jacks my self .with 80,00 I could down at 35 mph , there is a turn to east and back close to bottom and I would have yo put foot in to thortle, I miss it !

Love the thumping Jake!!! Would be sweet if it was available for the Cats as well. I prefer their sound when pulling, but can't beat this for Jaking!!

nice sounds...hay, can you make a parking break sound mod.? the game sounds like a sqeaky queef instead of the explosive release or air like it does in real life

I am trying to post the update so it will work with the new sounds but it keeps giving me errors when I click upload that have nothing todo with the mod

It is compatible with the viper 389 and yes it can only use be used with the cummins n14

If so dose it have to be with the Cummins engine

I know why it is not working. The cummins n14 sound was updated and the file name changed. I will try and get a fix out today for it

I am using the Cummins N14 with the Volvo VLN670...sound was working until a few days ago, maybe 2 weeks now. It isn't working now, I don't know what may have caused it quit. Please check it out.

mod don't work no more

Loved this mod but after a new hard drive, I re-subbed to this and now for some reason it doesn't work with the N14 anymore even with a highest priority.

How exactly do you make this work? Is there a vanilla cimmin N14 in the game? Sorry im new.

Sorry I haven't replied in awhile but thanks for the comments. This sound is from a real truck and I am planning on soon doing a full engine sound recorded from a truck

in the Western Star truck mod,you can put this engine in it and sounds amazing!
