I can't promise anything but I will keep your request in mind. It will be a while in any case. I did mean to update many wallpapers with background/slideshow options, so could fit it in, but still got at least 10 others to update/patch before I get around to this one.
There is most likely some kinda of low noise source, but unlike most wallpapers mine usually amplify the data if its very low volume for a period of time. I believe that that is the case. ( you can verify by turning of the normalisation option and seeing if that noise disappears ) I am not sure but be that the normalisation demo in this wallpaper is not as limited as others and might be amplifying the data even more when its really soft.
If people really want I can see if I can make another one of these but then add in different options .. But for now this one will only get features that demonstrate things from the guide.
