dude this mod is really cleaver DLC more content thats a awesome idea if only the devs could think of such cool items

It's currently set up to spawn in shops, item rooms, chests & super greed drop.

Should show up in any type of run! If it doesn't let me know and I'll fix it

Apologies, I mean it provides you with additional shop items to buy when held (e.g. 6 items instead of 5 on the first floor, 7 items instead of 5 on the second floor, etc.)

What do you mean by extra shop pickups? Could you add maybe an image of a shop with the item? This looks interesting
