Hey there! A smallf issue I found with this collection:

The shields and claw weapons both lack a dds file for the normal map, causing units equipped with them to have black texture torso's upon loading a save game, or when npc's spawn with them.

Damn I don't remember ^^ . I don't maintain this mod so this makes quite a while. But pretty sure it's all random so it might depend on other mods you have.

If you want more you have my straw weapons mod that makes the same effect but with more weapon types ;)

ok my problem was indeed to have FCS recognized the files.
now i see how to do, and i will profit this time to know more about the FCS and modding.

hm it would be half the work.
You could indeed copy the mesh and skeleton files (keep the same path ! ), and add them through FCS, but you'd have to create item in FCS, give it stats etc...

Ok so i'm now on my comp.

You just have to copy the workshop folder /whateverpath/836295255/ to kenshi/mods/
That would make kenshi/mods/836295255 in your kenshi mods folder

But FCS will not recognize it.
In the 836295255 folder there must be a arkhiel weapon pack.mod file (or something similar).
Depending on the exact name of the .mod, you'll rename 836295255 folder with this name.
If there is a AWP.mod file, rename 836295255 folder in kenshi/mods as kenshi/mods/AWP/

When this is done, FCS should now show the mod when you open it, as selectable.

At this moment, you can either make your own version from it and deleting what you want, or for a cleaner version, you can start from a new mod and use the import function to get just the parts you want.

i understand this, i located the tribalmask files from this mod, but i don't know where add these files i copied, to see them appear in the game.
if i copy and add them to your other arkhiel mask mod, this will be enough?

the root files are like 2 or 3 , including a "modname.mod"

In short, get to steam workshop folder, get kenshi id folder (pretty sure this can be googled), then from the id of this page you can get the proper mod folder.
You copy it in kenshi/mods/ folder, you rename the xxxxxxxxxx folder (xxxxxxx being whatever is the ID of my mod ) by the same name of it's root file

the black/wood masks are just amazing, it is possible to have a mod just adding them pls? like your beautifull other mask mod? i love mask like this ^^

Got a few other mods for clothes and stuff like that.
For claws as you use them, someone made a good one recently ^^, using either belt or weapon slot.

Erm makes years i made the mod, pretty sure it's a research or another BP ? But they should be craftable.

maybe a dumb question: I found Refined Claws (I forget where), and I got blueprints for claws/caestus/katars/suwayyah

None of them have stats as good as Refined Claws, regardless of what quality I make them at (it seems). Is there a blueprint for Refined Claws, and are there "refined" versions or equivalent for the other ones? LOVE the look of the Caestus.

(Also I am LOVING this mod, thanks so much for making it!)

It took me hundreds of days to find the.. southern axe? BP, even years ago. That one held me up so bad. I still love this weapon pack, even if Beep is carrying around a weapon bigger than he is. lol

Alright thx for that, yes i have others, but for example at the armor king ONLY yours are spawning, and still especially axes and a few others, i think kopesh, never spawned so far on .... many visits.

It wasn't low for basic axes and such, making it higher means it can also prevent regular bp to spawn. Do you have other mods adding weapons ? If some make theirs spawn too much it could prevent mine to spawn.
I'll check my altered vendors, maybe some i used back then aren't in use now.

Alright thanks for that, what i see is especially the basic one for axes and some other ones did never spawn so far, and thus hindering the usage of the upper tier BP of the production line ( brutal axes, double axe etc etc )
Is there any chance to alter the spawn rate in the mod?

should be in weapon vendors, some at armor king, it will depend on kind of weapons (shek will sell bigger BP). They have a chance not to spawn for some rare ones.

As spawn they might not have all there chances but if you craft them (with a mod allowing meitou) you should get them

Hello, I've been using your mod for a few weeks now and I've been liking the variety it adds in weaponry. I have a couple questions though: Can all of your modded weapons reach the grade of Edgewalker 3? That is the highest grade I've seen for any of them. I'm specifically looking for an Edgewalker 3 version of the "Brutal Axe" weapon but the highest I've ever seen it go is Edgewalker 1. Other weapons are even more limited, for example I've only ever seen a Catun 1 version of the "Buster Sword." Do you plan on making Meitou versions of these weapons?

Also, is there a complete list of all the different weapons added by your mod along with their stats and where to find them? Thank you.

Knives could be with MA, and i'm sure you can't block at all with them.

well as any weapon. Edgy point towards the ennemy ?
They're basically like wakisashi but slightly weaker as it's a peasant weapon. If i remember well, they can't block so you have to rely on dodge skill
